General conditions of the Orgasmair loyalty program

Membership in the loyalty program:

The Orgasmair loyalty program is open to all customers who have created an account on our e-commerce site https://orgasmair.fr/. Membership in the program is automatic when creating a customer account on our site.

Accumulation of points:

For each euro spent on our site, the customer accumulates 0.1 loyalty points. Points are calculated on the amount excluding taxes and delivery costs. Points are credited to the customer account once the order has been delivered and payment has been validated. Loyalty points cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Use of loyalty points:

Loyalty points can be exchanged for vouchers worth €1 for every €10 spent. Vouchers can be used sitewide and are valid for 1 year from issue. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

Cancellation or modification of the loyalty program:

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Orgasmair loyalty program at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or modification of the program, the loyalty points accumulated up to that point may be used according to the terms previously established.

Responsibility :

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from the use of the Orgasmair loyalty program. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer account if we suspect fraud or misuse of the loyalty program.

Acceptance of general conditions:

Membership in the Orgasmair loyalty program implies acceptance of these general conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The modifications will be effective as soon as they are published on our e-commerce site.
