Terms of delivery :
At Orgasmair.fr, we offer two types of delivery for our customers to best meet their needs. Please find details of our delivery options below.
Standard Delivery
Cost: Depends on country (free for orders of €99 and more)
Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days
Our standard delivery option is ideal for customers who are in no rush to receive their order. Delivery costs are €5.90, but we offer free delivery for orders of €69 and more. The delivery time is between 2 and 4 working days from confirmation of the order.
Important note:
- Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, public holidays or other factors beyond our control.
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
- Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Return conditions:
At Orgasmair.co.uk we are committed to providing quality products to our customers and we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. We offer a 30 day return policy for unused items, subject to the following conditions:
Return time
Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Product Condition
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Sex toys must not have been used and lingerie must not have been worn. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return fees
If the problem is ours (for example, a defective item or an order error), we will cover the return costs. Customers must request a returns voucher from their customer area and we will provide them with a prepaid returns voucher.
If the problem originates with the customer (for example, a change of mind), the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers must return items at their own expense using a trackable delivery service.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send an email to the customer to notify them of the approval or denial of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method within [X] business days.
